Refund Policy

  • Unfortunately there are no refunds. Cancelation policy see Note..
  • Deposit of half of the purchase price is required upon securing the date of the event or product.
  •  Balance must be paid in full One week prior to event.
  • No refunds. Due to time spent planing, ordering balloons, Supplies, creating custom colors, securing rentals, shipping cost, and designing the set up.  

Note: In the event a cancelation is requested by the client and the event was paid in full 2weeks prior to scheduled event and its a proven emergency for cancelation. Client will have 90 days to reschedule their event in the same calendar year at no extra fee using the same color pallet and design.

  • All changes are final after ordering balloon colors. If colors have to be changed it will be an additional cost to the client.
  • Standard set up fee 75.00 plus
  •   Standard tear down fee 50 plus
  • Rentals and add-ons require a separate deposit.
  • Balloon set up requires min. 2hr depending on what is ordered.  

Fabulous Balloonz uses on quality balloons, but advises all clients Dark balloons in high temperature areas may pop. For best results Balloons should be placed in a shaded or covered area if out doors. Fabulous Balloonz is not responsible for any balloons popping due to weather or human error.
